What am I looking for?

There are so many great things happening in Green Organics International. People are joining the company and teams everyday. In order to have success in a business you have to be passionate, dedicated and have belief in your company and product. Do you have that? The compensation plan plays a major role in you continuing to marketing the product and company but the next question is "Are you looking for fast money or continued money (residual income)?"

If you are getting involved with a company to make a great $25.00-$100.00 just for signing up someone, let me be the first to tell you that you will be signing people for the rest of your life and you might as well get a sales job.  That is what you are in at that point (sales position). Now, because people function on that mindset, it has made a bad taste in a lot of individuals minds that this industry of network marketing doesn't work but when you conduct your business like that you are in sales any and everyone will tell you that "sells" is not for everyone.

If you are looking for a network marketing company, create that mindset that this is not get rich quick. Look to be in the business that you have choosen for at least a year 100% commitment. You have to work the business. I know a lot of people say that "the phone is the elephant in the room" but you have to fight that fear and do what Nike says "Just Do It". Don't have a fear of rejection because Ms. Rejection can be the number one factor of an excuse for anybody.

Now you have to ask yourself some very important questions when choosing a company. Without these top key questions you are at a lost for what it is that you want out of a company. When that happens you choose the wrong one and that is something that I can vouche for and say because I have been there. You receive all of these companies calling you trying to get you on with their company and you get overwhelmed but you know that this is something that you want to do. So you choose, but you are not settled with the company and product and because of that, the compensation plan does not work for you and you quit and say "it doesn't work".

• Everyone of these companies are work from home business opportunities. All that means is that you set your own hours and it is all commission, what you do is what you get. So just because it says work from home, does not mean for every company that you will be working from home. You still have to get out of your home and market the business and try to saturate the marketing place with your company and name? Is that what you want?
